Ok I'm taking it that this is the final list of ppl who are attending the Scooby Ball 2. Those in BOLD have paid those not in bold I know all about and will see them this weekend.
If you still haven't sent your Info/Menu sheets to me.. but HAVE paid, can you Fax them to me asap, the Fax number is on the Info Sheet.
We seem to have only just managed to get over 80 ppl, seeing that from the hight number of 126, we've had an approx 30% drop off rate...
.... i'd have thought a 15% drop out rate max!
anyway need i say anymore.

****The evening will start with a Professional Photographer taking Pictures of 'you' as you arrive, he will then go off and get them developed for later in the evening for you to buy (i think there £7 each, a proper photo... not a 6x4)
****Some music and lite entertainment while ppl mingle.
****Dinner
****Evening entertainment for half an hour or so.
****Disco and very late bar.

We are having the underground carpark just for us....I'm going to talk to Mike Tuckwood from ScoobyMania, (he has a security firm too)about sending his Security Patrol down on the night... and the night Porter wil do periodic checks too.
