22nd March Scooby Ball 2

dinner is at 7:30pm.. don't be late arrive for 7pm.
Thre Professional Photographer will take pix of us as we arrive...and have them for us to buy later in the Evening. They will be about £7 each... please support him and buy one. Out of 'our' kitty I've had to pay him to come... so if you buy.. it makes it worth is while turning out on a saturady night
If anyone wants additional pictures of Friends/Group or Laydeeeeez on their own as well and couples please mention it to me before the night so i can get him to bring another Snappy Snappz disposible camera in case he runs out of film.

I'd like to know of any special Birthdays or Wedding anniversaries that are happening to anyone just before the Scooby Ball or just after... just to make those ppl feel a bit special... the Balloon Bending Clown can bend ballons into Flows for them etc etc

We have a 'bottle' bar in the same dinning area as we are seated, (Draft beers can be purchased from the Bar in the main bar area ) .. till midnight.. then we can use the main bar in the room next to ours for late night drinking after that.
I've asked for the disco time to be extended ti 2am ish... they usually like it wound up by 12:30am me thinks!!!

Is there anyone who you'd like to sit with?... or would NOT like to sit with on your table.
I would like ppl to mingle and not have all the southern shandy drinkers on one table... all the northern wuzzes on another.. and all the die hard midland drinking lot on another, and me on atable on my own as i'm T-Total.
But i do know theres a few ppl who would like to be sat together.
You know where i'm coming from???
I'd like to get table plan sorted over the next few days so everyone can memorise it before the night

And last but not lease for tonight... if you have a fav song you like to sing in the Karaoke.. let me know so i can make sure the DJ has it avaible for you on the Lazer Disc.
