Peaks vary depending on fuel, environmental conditions, how hot the turbo is, besides any intake or exhaust modifications. In this way they also vary from car to car too.

It is the held boost the ECU controls and the targets is uses are 15.7 PSI midrange dropping to 14.6 PSI at the top end. It will never precisely achieve these targets in all gears/conditions/driving situations, but those are the targets in the ECU.

This is the P1 and STi boost map - they are both the same. The right hand column is full throttle and RPM is on the left column. 15.7 PSI is highlighted - drops to 14.6 for the last two rows. These are HELD boost targets, peaks are higher and variable as I said.
