had/have the same problem..popular opinion is that you need to clean the waste gate solonoid....luckily that mens something to somepeople I know cause all I know is right foot go/stop left foot clutch!

 

Thats a fair upgrade to 330bhp more than just a full exhaust and induction kit. Are you running an after market engine management system, what turbo are you running, TMIC or FMIC ?

As far as the missfire goes it could be loads of things, fueling, coil packs, spark plugs, boost solenoid amongst other things.

I have a sti 3 with around 315 bhp which missed fired at around 4000rpm, I tried a number of things one at a time and not until I changed the plugs was it solved. Hope this helps.
