I know people have been on contact via email, but this is the status.

Injectors will be going out today, and I have cleaned out the supplier for now.

I should be able to get them to the cleaners for friday, and should have some sets ready monday-tuesday to cover those people that need them for mapping. Rest will be done thursday I hope, and will go out together.

If anyone is interested in some more, I have been told some should be available in a few weeks. In which case I won't need upfront payment, so can get some in anyway.

lol at steve... yeah but still had to knock the back out of some...

50 patress boxes sunk and wired now...

3 ring mains in..
All lighting done..
Just cooker point and some more earthbonding to replace...

All tested ok.

Then just a bit of plastering to do.. (oh and board the celing)

Eitherway I have at least 70m of 6mm T&E so I can have some more sockets for the welders!

Injectors have arrived back at home, should have got them deliveried to work, nevermind.

Anyway, I will get these to the cleaners tomorrow (friday) and pick some up on monday, get them in the post mon/tues.

So all is looking good for those than needed them in a hurry.

Will post a pic when I get home.

Edited to say, I only received 24 injectors this time round, so Tom, YHM!

nice.

I got her indoors to inspect them, and many are still in the old fuel rails, so I will have some parts that can be butchered to fit these to a phase 1 engine.

David, I'll send you some, you might be able to do something with them.

There are 2 of the 24 which will need to be replaced due to rust, so I will get that sorted ASAP, it won't affect anyone waiting for a remap.

I also found this on the fuel rails...

This is what 24 injectors look like:

I got a similar reaction from the supplier.

+"I want such and such an injector"

-"Oh yes, we've got lots of those"

So upon phoning the supplier again, I speak the phone monkey.

+"I'm phoning about the injectors"

-"Yes, how many do you want?"

+"28 please"

-"I'll get the boss..."

*"How big is your engine??????"

Right then ladies,

After a bit of a mistake with the injector cleaning bods (they bought the wrong adaptor) we are finally moving.

They are currently being cleaned (no adaptor needed) and the flow testing can commence later today with luck (quick process).

So for those that were worried, Scott and Stephen in paticular, there should be no problem in getting the injectors out.

New O-rings look likely, but they are 50-60p EACH, which to me is expensive, but I won't be after more money.

I will let you know more tomorrow.

Paul, being an honest yorkshire man, if you are desperate for the money for the o rings, then knock them off what you will owe me for the spark plugs. That is if you still want me to buy them and you get them at WL???

Steven

3 sets of injectors are done,

Scott w has one (will delivery tonight)
P20SPD has another (will post tomorrow)
Does anyone else need them ASAP? Otherwise I will send the 3rd set to Dowser, as he was first in line.
