Just installed a Unifilter Rampod today, replacing a paper type pod, and now the car (MY99WRX) is noticably slower.

Do I need to reset the ECU, or have I done something wrong???

Its possible that it has messed up the maf output causing it to run leaner and hence the whole feel of the car will be "slower"

No it needs to be remapped if this is the case. The APS HFA seems a major culprit here - see my other thread - others have similar findings. Note that 0.2-0.3V MAF deficit can mean around 15-20% less fuel! Quite astonishing how susceptible MAF sensors are to a change to their system for calibration.

Just went for a drive, the day after fitting unifilter rampod, and it seems that is getting quicker the more I drive it. Not quite back to normal, but nearly there???
