Report it to the Police in case they are used for dodgyness. When I spoke to the Police they were glad I had reported it. Also pleased when I told them I had them found.

I had a number plate nicked off my old car, luckily someone found it up the road after I put a note in my back window.

You need to report it. There's every chance your plates are now on some stolen Scoob, ready to make it look like you've done a ram-raid or something.

Also, you may expect any NIP's coming your way. Reporting it is your defence.

Bar Stewards!
Give me a sharp axe, let me at them, i'm collecting fingers.
A guy that used to live near me had his vent ripped out one night.
Some poeple just don't deserve to carry on breathing.

Sorry, rant over

Isn't it about time we where allowed to connect out cars to the mains electic supply on our drives. This may well act as a deterrant and help reduce the number of offwenders one way or another.

Same happened to mine - reported it - got a call a couple of weeks later as somebody (there are nice people out there) handed them in. Found them in their allotment a stones throw from where the car was... Do people really get kicks out of doing this sort of thing

Paul, the car is earthed! You could do it, but your electricity bill would be huge (providing you've got some fuses that are man enough for the job).

Yes indeed. The trend was to nick your rear plate for a while, for petrol hit and runs. Most petrol station cameras focus on the rear of the car. Scum stick on your plate and drive away, leaving you being confused with a call from your local nick asking you to pay up.

Definitely report it asap, as worse still in could be used as a robbery, stuck on car like your (it has happened).

Protect yourself first!
