Go with what the doctor ordered i put 15w50 mobil1 motorsport in my MY00 uk turbo and it runs smooth as a baby's bottom pretty expensive though but worth that little bit of extra cash that you pay

Christian try Motul 300V 15:50 available from Demon Tweeks if you can't get it locally, probably ideal for you given your plans.

I would use either Motul or Bel-ray 21st century.

Tried many brands and come down to 3 to reccomand. Suggest 300 V COMPETITION 15W50, 300 V LE MANS 15W60 or go for Castrol RS 10w60. Personally i prefer 300V LE MANS.

What was that about plugs?

Like the NGK Iridiums myself, but you need to use plugs that suit your driving style, car (for mods) etc. etc.

For oil, I like Havoline Europa myself, but it is probably a differnet animal in the home counties. How often do you change?

Cheers.
