Oh great, I missed it again...

 

Ill summarize for you , two blokes, 1 has an EVO 6 the other has 22B.

The one with the EVO has 360 bhp and wins, the 22B has erm 324? I think sorry cant remember and doesnt win.

Its not exactly an action packed show.

Highlights: The scooby has a proper engine note.

 

ADP you missed the bit where they revved up or "Kevved UP!"

and there were a couple of close ups of the wheels going round really fast!

What did make me laugh is the lad with the swift wants to make it 200 bhp!

He said it will need a turbo and ICE! like that gives loads does a loud stereo!

What was the reading from the good book at the end??

Bunch of Kev's. Jordan was crap, and as wooden as a plank of wooden type stuff. Vanilla Ice was quite enthusiastic though

LOL - both were running non-standard/remapped ecu's, big zorsts, induction kits, uprated fuel pumps and small other things. The scoob had a FMIC fitted, the Evo had it;s standard FMIC. It was far more a battle of the mappers rather than a battle of the cars.

Saying that, bog standard Evo's always seem to make at least the 276bhp they are supposed to come with - STI's very very rarely make 276 standard. and in pure BHP terms the scoob didn't seem to justify the amount of effort thats gone into the mods - my 22b made 305bhp with just a backbox and induction kit - but I understand Darrens has a heap of torque(way more than mine).
Still rather have my 22B than any Evo - but each to their own.

I take it the evo didn't have the same wheelspin problems as the 22b. why is that?
