Cleaning boost control actuated valve - can you open the valve

Took the above off tonight and gaave it a good spray of cleaner but can you open the valve by applying a voltage accross the conector pins to give it a really good clean through?

Connect the green connectors under dash and switch the ignition to position II. Best not to apply DC to a PWM solenoid for too long.

Don't honestly know, people haven't brought me any MY01s to play with because I can't map them yet.

I believe the underdash connectors are there. Connecting the greens will not harm and if the solenoid does cycle you will hear it along with the cooling fans if it is like the earlier cars, so keep your tie out the way
