Default Sigma alarm problems

Hi need some help.

my car been off the road many years
finally near finished and found out tonight the car wouldn't turn over.

main batter is charged
new battery in key fob

but still car wouldn’t lock and unlock on key,
no flashing alarm light

Ignition comes on but not start or no try of starting

I used the pin for the pad to arm it now I can’t un-arm it, alarm system constantly going off.

anyone have any clue?

only thing missing is the fuel tank harness under rear seats as I’ve done away with the OME tank
would that affect it?

Probably covered many times in the SECURITY forum

Keys no longer paired with the alarm. ("Teaching New Radio Transmitters to the Security System" section of manual).
If you armed it using the keypad will it not de-arm using the PIN code again??

Attached copy of Alarm "owner/operator" manual.
I don't think the alarm will have a problem with the "missing" harness.
Still running the OEM ECU of other?
