Whining noise under acceleration (Video)
I am asking for help! Feel really down.
JDM SG5 with Ej205 and Automatic Transmission. Imported a year ago. 70k km on the car.
Once the car was imported, I changed all the fluids. Used Motul Gear 300 75w90 into the front\read diffs. A year after I started hearing a whining noise, which first started coming out at 40 km\h, then became louder at 80 kmh and was really loud at 120 kmh.
I stopped by 2 shops who said that the noise came from the rear diff (the tail part most likely). I ordered a used rear diff from the user part supplier in another Province (in Canada), got and installed that one (put new shaft seals and Motul 95w90) -
whining started to be really loud almost from the start, under acceleration and louder when just rolling to stop, the noise was too bad - turned out that the used diff I got was too bad. Negotiated with the seller who shipped me another one that was cleaner,
had pretty clean oil inside, and looked promising (photos attached). I just installed it last night with new seals again and put Redline 75w90NS GL5 in it. As a result, when the car was lifted there was no noise from that rear diff, however, once I drove the car after -
there was a whining noise that started coming out at 40kmh and louder at 60 kmh and disappeared at 80 kmh (road noise, etc).
Seems like this whining now is related to something in the front of the car. I recorded the noise, please check this video:
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/2mHSWR00Qio
Additional information:
1. Automatic transmission oil and gear oil are just above the max level on dipsticks and fresh. Subaru ATF and Motul MotylGear 75w90.
2. Noise is under acceleration.
3. No noise change when turning.
4. Noise started to be heard a few months ago.
5. Automatic transmission, there is no viscous coupling\central diff.
5. Checked wheel bearings (tried to push-pull the wheels 9-3 and 12-6 while car jacked, nothing. Also, used a stethoscope while the car was lifted, no whining head from the wheels.
6. Sounds like one whining noise coming on 40 km and another tone of whining being added on 60 km.
7. Axles and suspension checked - nothing wrong.
8. One thing that is bothering me is Clicking when hitting the acceleration pedal and leaving it, hit and leave. I feel the clunking noise somewhere underneath, feel it on my feet, and hear clucking. Not sure if the engine mount got loosened. I lifted the engine a bit last year when I replaced the spark plugs. Can a loose engine mount cause any whining noise like that I showed?
Guys, please advise what it likely can be. What can I do to check? Running the wheel while the car is lifted does not help much, as the car needs to be loaded on the ground.
This issue with the noise lasts for a couple of months now and I don't use the car as I was expecting (camping, etc.). It's like a stone on my soul.

@KevinHanson Sounds like the issue is with the front differential. I hope the pinion bearing (or\and front axle bearings) need to be replaced. Going to order bearings shortly...

Do you have a similar issue?
PS: The thing is that I filled both differentials with Motul Gear 300 75w90 a year ago and the whining noise started to be heard recently, from both differentials.
The rear differential had noise from the tail area where the bearings were placed - diff assy was replaced with a used one - it is quiet now. Cannot find a used transmission with a low mileage (my car has 70k km only), so I believe that the issue with the bearings in front diff as well. Going to replace 3 bearings in the front diff...
Motul Gear 300. I just bought the oil from one small online store a year ago, never ordered anything from them, and never heard about them before. So I filled in the diffs...
Not seems like both diffs affected. Why? I don't know. What is fake oil? Might not. Was it a proper oil? After the issue came, I researched a lot and found that GL5 only has to be used for the rear diff (Motul gear 300 is GL4\GL5, but should be ok).
What was happened to both diffs at the same time? Question. Rest parts: prop shaft, shaft bearing, transmission (AT) itself is working great. 70k km on the car. Was imported from Japan a year ago and seemed like it was a family car, and I was just driving normally in the city.
