JDM to US internal swap [v5/v6 to 03 wrx]

JDM to US internal swap [v5/v6 to 03 wrx]
Can someone help me before I get to far into this. So long story short I’ve exploded 2nd gear. 03 wrx wagon!!!…. second trans I’ve sent on its way.
I milked the car home avoiding 2nd and all the other gears would let me engage…So I may have some back up parts….
But the question is, will the internals work with one another from USDM and the new JDM Tranny I just picked up (Ty754vbaaa)…. Yes I picked up the 4.44 rear diff to go along with it.
ITS MY DAILY SO ID GREATLY APPRICIATE THE FEEDBACK
