Hi all. I've fitted my 93 (v1) Impreza RA loom into a later 96 v3 shell. this meant changing to a newer wiper motor as the mounting points on the bulkhead are different between v1 and v3.

So i have v1 loom to v3 wiper motor. Can anyone help with which wires from the v1 loom go to which wires on the v3 motor please ??

I've found the v1 wiring diagram here ...

But can't find a v3 diagram anywhere online ...

The wires I have are written below. I think the first 2 white/blue and black are probably a direct match but not sure on the others ... any ideas please ?

v1 Loom
WL = white/blue
B = black
GY = green/yellow
BL = black/blue
RL = red/blue

v3 Motor
WL = white/blue
B = black
G = green
L = blue
Y = yellow

 

Seems to be sorted with this combination ... FYI in case it's ever any use for anyone else
