Default Are prices going up?

Or is it my imagination? I swear since I started my search in June the prices keep going up! Blob seems to command most but the bug and Hawks seem to command high money.

What is your budget and what model do you want?

hawks seem to be cheaper than 05 blobs due to the higher tax and reliability issues

I bought my 05 blob wrx 4 years ago for ............£3,600 but that was when v power was £1.55 a litre

There are some good cars for good money, a mate sold his 55 blob wrx last week, he had for 8 years and it was looked after and well maintained, he advertised it for a quick sale and let it go for £4,500

How many other cars that are capable of 300+bhp can you buy for £2k?

Down if anything. Twin scroll widetrack on FB last week for £8500 and a Hawk STI this week for £7795.

Weak £ won't help with prices.

Someone bought a modified widetrack for 7k, I think high priced cars aren't really selling unless they are something people have decided are properly collectable outside of the scene, aka p1 and 22b

All depends on mileage condition and mostly sellers circumstances at the time when selling IMO

Newage STI versions are making the money - WRX's are dropping still. Have noticed good classics are commanding higher prices, not sure if they are selling or not. Mainly Type RA's and R's seem to be asking more than 5 years ago.
