Default 6 speed prop to diff flange bolts size

Just fitting my 6 speed into classic

Long story short iv had bits for a while and only just started fitting

Had a set of 10mm bolts in prop but diff bolt size is only 8mm???

I have 3 r180 diffs and they are all 8mm holes but 6 speed prop is 10mm

Anyone had anything like this before

Thinking of drilling diff to accept larger bolts as i dont like the idea of slop at flange but surely they were removed from same car so whats going on 😂😂

Properly comfused 😳
