Need to decide on a clutch asap as my new 2.1 goes in this week. Apart from the obvious cost difference what are the pros and cons of both clutches? Heard a few grumbles about the act, is it something I should take seriously?

The Exedy twin plate drives fine on a everyday car,but like any uprated clutch you have to get use to the feel of it,but their is not much between a Exedy twinplate and a pink box Exedy in everyday use.SJ.

Went for the twin plate, drove it for the first time and not impressed with its round town driving, it pissed me off in all honesty as I was expecting something a little more forgiving.
.In all honesty mate once you get use to it you will be fine, its just the pressure and stiffness that bothers first time uses of these types of clutches, but the more you drive with it,the feel/function will start to normalize.SJ.

Spent another day with it and have eased to it a little. Seems to be improving or I'm getting used to it.
It's not as noisey as some I've heard but just a light jangling when clutch is depressed that's all.
