I feel the same as I have been looked since last year and they get picked up straight be dealers or an individual with a few hours after it's just been advertised.

Think I'm just gonna give up and get something else. The scoobies have attracted bad attention from these cowboy dealers.

Annoying for a private buyer maybe, but not necessarily bought by cowboy dealers. Not such a bad service they're doing, not when sale prices are healthier than they've ever been.

There's a same year hawk sti for sale on Autotrader with double the mileage and a lesser spec than mine for nearly 4k more than I payed for mine over a year ago.

Are sti's going up in value or what?

You must've missed the 'not necessarily' part. There are exceptions, CP being one of them. There's still good traders out there, and putting money on top of what they paid? Heaven forbid. Business is business

Save your money and wait till November December, thats when your will see them being listed alot more and for less. As no ones looking to buy a t that time of year and plenty are looking to sell.

Theres loads of blob STI's out there for under 9k, sounds like the OP is expecting one to come up for sale in the same postcode or expects too much for the £.

Hurst cars have 4 in, and that was just 1 place I looked at.
