Default Oil cooler?

Had my car on a ramp today and saw this, it looked like it was leaking like a drip or two when you leave the car for like 24hours? Any advice ...

MOT tester said it looks like it's coming from the top of the cooler, it looked dry in my eyes, looked like the pipe, filter itself, car been sat for a few days and no leaks on floor???

It'll probably only leak when running as its not under pressure.
