This is how i done mine....its as simple as : remove the headlight from the car (thats the hardest/ most awkward part).. remove all the screws from the back of the headlight casing. Place light on a foil lined baking tray and place in the oven at around 100 degrees, you can use a lower heat but will take much longer. leave for a few minutes then gently try to pries the glass and the casing apart with your hands. If it dosnt want to separate then put it back in for another couple of minutes and try again.

They will separate easily when they get warm enough and the case is still cool enough to handle comfortably, there is no sign of any melting plastic etc... Remove the orange plastic part then lightly sand the outer reflector mask it off and a couple of coats of primer and then same with your choice of black finish. I had loads of excess sealer of both sets of lights i done so i just put them back in the oven until the sealer goes soft again then press both halves back together and re insert all the screws in the back of the casing and had no issues with condensation etc Job done..

As dubzy said, there easy enough to do. I used a heat gun evenly all the way round. All together about 2 hrs taking my time

I literally just sold a set last week. Very easy to do just make sure you seal them back up properly.

I used a heat gun, not an oven. But it's very easy, just move the heat around so you don't melt anything!
