Cold air feed from fog light
I know a bit about modding scoobies, but not as much as I would like.
Am I right in thinking you can replace a fog light with a hole in it which then feed directly into an induction kit? Sorry to make it sound so blunt.
Who does these kind of intakes and are they better than regular induction kits?

I think they are Morette headlights with the inner light popped out and an induction trumpet put in place, with a cold feed to the filter

You can find these spun trumpets all over ebay mate, they're basically a spun aluminium trumpet that you either cut into your existing fog cover for, or buy a specifically made one for the task.
Many just buy a second hand cover and chop it up, then tiger seal the trumpet into it.
To be certain nothing nasty enters the engine bay, for safety you can also put some gauze over the intake to stop bigger material going in there.
They come in a variety of colours etc.
Then just buy some flexi tube to run up the inner wing and into the engine bay. Some kits include everything you need, just google / ebay search it

Instead of going for a cold air feed, I bought a cheap inner wing induction kit, chopped the inner wing pipe so the filter doesnt sit too low, and then stuck on a massive KnN, keeping the original triangular intake snorkel or what ever its called, worked really well and made more power after the map, it was the only change I made.

Are you selling the splitter?
If not, any chance you could give me a link to get one?
Thanks

Alas I am not as I've just fitted it! But search ht autos on ebay as their ebay prices are cheaper than their website prices

Sorry, wasn't very clear. The rear of the cone/air intake that replaces the fog light cover.

I just wanted to cover fog lamps, but if you can do it constructively by getting a feed to the air intake then all the better
