motorsport version!!! comes with throw away brakes, suspension, interior 16"inch alloys etc, usually WRX spec items so that rally/motorsport teams can use there own stuff such as Ap big brakes, 17/18inch wheels tarmac/dirt tyres and bucket seats!!!

Guessing it would look like this once converted to rally!!

He did until I bought it from him, the car ended up being broken but the shell went to a rally team where it was going to be built back up into a rally car.

So it eventually ended up being used for the purpose it was originally designed for.

I don't know where you got that information from, perhaps one of the resident 'experts' on here, they have a capacity of 50 litres, they subtract 10 litres for the intercooler resevoir behind the back seat.

They were designed to be stripped and rallied, hence you had all the "throw away" parts like the cheap interior, steel wheels, small brakes etc.
Really at 10k its far too expensive for what it is, on a good day it would fetch 7k because the parts you would have to put back on it to get it anywhere near the 17 inch version would cost you 3k.

Note it wouldnt have some of the following items:-
Alloys
Brembos
Sports ABS
A-DCCD
Engine/transmission oil coolers
Decent interior
Most of the other parts are the same across the range (same 50ltr fuel tank for example) but its like chalk and cheese comparing it to a 17 inch version which had the parts you really wanted on it (A-DCCD etc).

Tony

Well the fact that your information is totally incorrect, I assumed that in usual Scoobynet fashion that an incorrect piece of information get passed on as fact if enough people pass it on.
