Default NEED YOUR HELP!!!

i currently own a 96 subaru impreza wrx wagon, the car is running 300hp, has had a remap done to it, performance exhaust, air filter, and front mount intercooler. the car runs mint, but i have noticed that it doesnt have a dump valve/blow off valve (have only had the car for a week), so everytime i drive it and i put my foot down, i here the turbo flutter, which i beleive isnt good for the turbo, so im planning on getting a dump valve, but i havent owned a turbo car in years, my last one was a evo 4 but that had a top mount intercooler, so how would i install a dump valve on a front mount intercooler?
reply soon
thanks

stick with the flutter or get an oem BOV

Dump valves that VTA can cause you a world of pain (especially on here)

Also do you have any proof of what turbo it has? Might be one that is fine to run with no bov

Dump valves (recirc or open ) are usually fitted to one of the FMIC's two hard pipes - usually as close as possible to the throttle body inlet (so on the outlet pipe, downstream of the IC).

Ergo, most aftermarket FMIC IC pipes already have a DV take-off pre-welded in place, as part of the kit.
If not, then a machine shop can easily sort an appropriately cited DV take-off for you...

If you fit a cocklink first you will have enough room then for a BOV thingy
