Aztec Performance, anyone got problem with them?

The long and short of it is the parts are far cheaper than other companies can offer them at but the communications let the service down. I would use again provided I knew exactly what I wanted.

I personally have ordered off the website for a few item's. Never been a problem. Some were not next day delivery, but was the day after. Probably because i live in the middle of nowhere and nothing ever get's here next day. However part's were all fine and top quality

Tried contacting Aztec recently about clutch recommendation's, on a pink box exedy for V5, Didnt get a reply (Understand why now) So left a deposit on a different clutch. Wish i just ordered one online at there Special offer at 249.99 . . Dammit, oh well.

But tbh i would use Aztec again as they are a "known" company and not a dodgy ebay one

I have never had a problem with Aztec, in fact I ordered some Performance Friction brake pads yesterday and they arrived today, excellent.

By the way, your order and your friends were both the same error on the website, incorrect shipping charged/paid. I am surprised you didn't ask him to ensure he paid the correct amount (the same as you). £10 does not cover 2 clutches and a flywheel to Sweden when UK shipping is £14.99. It's a glitch on the website when people overseas order more than one item which we were tying to fix but i suspect we will just move to our new website soon.

Timeline of your order:

Friday 3rd January 2014 (afternoon) - Order placed
Monday 6th January 2014 - Passed over to me as an exception (incorrect shipping)
Monday 6th January 2014 - PayPal request sent detailing the error
16th + 20th January 2014 - emails received asking about order status
20th January 2014 - I reply asking if you have received the PayPal request okay and if not I will send another one
20th January 2014 - You reply you haven't seen a PayPal request
20th January 2014 - I reply and send another PayPal request
20th January 2014 - You pay the £19.99 PayPal request for shipping
20th January 2014 - Order paid for and completed
20th January 2014 - Order dispatched
23rd January 2014 - Order delivered successfully to you in Sweden

I know that his emails has been friendly and polite as i have been helping him to write them, i can assure you that he has been very, very mad at you for not replying to most of them...

I did not recive any paypal requests or emails from you after the order and as im not a total retard i know how to check my email inbox and i even searched in my inbox after the paypal request after we had solved it... I found nothing.
