Also, why are benifits paid in cash. As we know, most of them spend the money on drink or drugs.
A better idea would be to pay the benifits in vouchers which can be used to buy clothes, food, pay bills etc etc.
They all seem to have posh tv's, mobile phones and smoke 40 **** a day. And what really boils my **** is how they think its their ******* right to get benifits and winge how bad the government is when they get their income cut slightly.
Mugs like me who have 15 grand a year taking out of my wages are funding all that.

I just can't understand why they are not working. Why isn't the government putting them to work, they pay them a bloody wage anyway. Sweeping the streets, clearing rubbish, painting over graffiti etc etc, at least that way they are contributing towards society and actually earning their benifits.
Another idea is to offer the woman 10 grand each to be sterilised. I think you'd be shocked at how many would agree to it and it would actually save the country money in the long run.

Wont happen. Did you see the thing on after it about ex fat people with excess skin ? The young fella lost the weight through his own hard work (saved the NHS by not getting gastric bypass etc) and probably put a halt to getting diabetes (again saving the NHS a small fortune in future care) all he was asking for was an operation to remove the excess skin. They said no so he ended up paying himself (his parents paid up) £8000.

thanks for the kind words mate
There are no 'typical' jobs for Sikhs although we fall into the 'typical jobs' for Indians thing - doctors, builders such like. As society progresses you'll probably find Sikhs in most types of role (with the obvious exception I'd like to think - doing things expressly forbidden - barber, butcher etc etc)
From a religious point of view we are given 3 simple rules.....

In fact, I think I shall do a little bit of reading, know way more about Islam than Sikhism or Hinduism, was an honorary Jew as a kid as a lot of my mates at school were Jewish and I worked on a Jewish summer camp one summer. I am interested more in culture than religion to be honest.
I remember seeing an white Escort cabrio near Roundhey park once, during the U2 gig, had 4 Sikhs lads in it, roof down, they never did an RS Turbo but it had been kitted out as such, wheels, paint, decals, seats, vents etc, the other difference was that it said "RS Turban" instead of "RS Turbo"

Why are Sikhs expressly forbidden to be butchers? Are they all vegetarian then?

Apparently they get 'extra' to feed and own animals.
What boils my pi$$ is these lazy ba$tards don't work and do **** all all day but their houses are a mess of **** and filth, you would tend to think they would put a bit of effort in to at least keep the places clean just to kill time.

We also shouldn't eat meat.
A lot of the confusion come from culture - typically Sikhs are from Punjab and the Punjabi culture is very much excess - drink etc etc. There are a lot of informative sites on Sikhism and Punjabi culture so I'm sure you'll find some good stuff out there on the t'internet

I'm still not sure it is 'expressly forbidden' for sikhs to be butchers or barbers. With the greatest respect you might be misinterpreting your own religion. It may be forbidden for a sikh to cut his OWN hair but that doesn't mean he can't cut the hair of others does it?
And your blanket statement that Sikhs should not eat meat is also inaccurate.
I know quite a few Sikhs and I'm sorry to say your understanding of your own religion is somewhat lacking.

One shouldn't butt in when two Sikhs are talking, but I don't know any Sikh that doesn't eat meat.
By the way, I'm not a Sikh. James Taylor is wrong for calling me Turbanhot.
