I didn't realise that the Pembrey outing was 'alternative arrangements' for some (sorry Dave, didn't give it attention as too far for me due to other social events early evening, so don't want to be more than about 50-60 miles from home at any time).

Don't want to give the impression that I've suggested/supported a 'rival event'.

So - who's going to go if one is organised?
We know there's volunteer guide(s), so that can be sorted later.

For my part if there isn't 6 or so by the weekend I'll take the 'reserved' note out of my diary for 29th

It looks like the only way a run is going to happen on the 29th is if there is someone that knows where they are going at the front. Im not confident enough to be leading a few of us into the black mountains, we may not all come back!!
Do you think one of us should start a new thread to see if anyone is able to lead?

Or a run could be organised later in the month? see if more people could make it then? So for now could be an outing to the rallying that dave is organising and a run later in the month when the hectic xmas period is over?
