I know Vtec engines dont perform till up till temp as there based on oil pressure...my old accord typeR had to be up to temp... iv never heard of turbo cars doing this even though its a very good idea...

 

Yeah my DC2 Integra was the same, great idea and even though your not going to rag it from cold there's no telling what previous owners would have done, least with the prevention there it gives you peace of mind!

 

I agree...there really is no telling what the last owner has done...
