Would you like to add the other relevant bit of my post there?

In fact, I'll do it for you:

You DO have only 17 posts, which confirms that you're not a regular contributor (which as you quite rightly say you don't have to be) but it gives the appearance of infrequent visits and/or finding little of interest on a forum with threads as wide-ranging as this one does. I accept that you could simply be a driving enthusiast (and not a conversationalist).

Good point, fair enough.
But if he isn't he'll be found out when someone views it and doesn't find then things he says are there.

And the result will give us evidence that we can rely on.

A lot of prospective buyers are, due to the advice given on here when they ask 'I'm thinking of buying this - what do you think?'.

I think this forum should pride itself on being believable.

I quoted what was relevant to, what I had to say. It's still relevant, what has his post count got to do with it?

Answer: Sweet FA!

His post count is totally irrelevant, it means the square root of **** all.

and on another note most of the stuff posted by him is not about subarus, so from this are we to assume he has no mechanical/technical knowledge about subarus so therefore not classed as an enthusiast?

Well, looking on the bright side - at least this has turned into a bit of a laugh now

I cant be bothered to answer anything else now to be honest, but I do want to say thanks to the people who stuck up for me and saw this thread for what it is.

I had no choice but to defend my sale from this thread, which is smack in the middle of my target market.

Seems a few people want something for nothing these days, at least everyones not like that though

I've had no end of wasted journey's so i wouldn't worry about it Kas. You got to travel in order to see a car. Some people are more cottoned on when it comes to bodywork/mechanicals etc then others and some just play dumb and your never to know.

I know your standards are pretty high Kas but not all 10 year old cars are going to be immaculate, only very few will. It's getting hard to find "immaculate" cars and they are getting on in age.

Look on the bright side at least you saw a part of the country you otherwise wouldn't have and you have your money in your pocket

True, the idea of mint differs, however lieing to someone & making them travel from far, is out of order.

You can never judge a car by looking at pics, its like make up.

I've had several people contact me saying glad they saw this. Atleast this thread saved a few peeps from a waste journey.

But this is the whole point, it doesn't say anywhere in the ad that it's mint?

Brad, despite the post commencing very negative I think majority would agree that you have to see for yourself rather than believing just one persons view.....same goes for Kas also...........so the good news for you Brad is that your advert reached possibly 50% more people than it was going to & highlighted your sale

Good luck with sale.

A true car enthusiast (Not the most posts but that means sweet FA x)
