Walk away
1. You had issues on the test drive
2. Seller knows nothing/v little about imprezas going by the mixture of total BS and misleading info in the ad
3. 7 service stamps in a 17 year old import
4. Last serviced 18 months ago (IIRC). Service interval for these cars is 6 months
5. With add-on modifications listed it needs a professional remap, not a chipped ECU

I wouldn't touch it with someone elses bargepole.
