Default Updated oil pump
Toying with the idea of uprating the oil pump on my classic wrx wagon, but, does anyone know what makes the pump updated? The part itself has very few components to start with...
Any help would be appriciated

unneccessary unless you are running AVCS and\or under piston oil squirters

I've heard horror stories about failing oil pumps that's all, and others tell me it's a weak point of the engine. Just want to cover all bases....

uprated generally refers to work carried out to the relief valve...but there are 11 and 12mm variants available though.
