I've ordered black too, thought it would look good with bbs centre cap.

It's going to have a full service, engine bay tidy up, full detail and I need to source a genuine steering wheel as it's got an aftermarket wheel on it but it's going to remain standard.

Thanks Daz, if it wasn't that the classic was such a special car then I'd happily still be keeping the S202 - I never expected to be changing her either as I had plans to be keeping her for a very long time.

I'm sorted for the lift thanks Daz, once the cars are swopped about I'll leave the classic with Ryan but thanks for the offer.

So work carried on today on the S202, new brake discs and pads were fitted all round plus I took the chance to thoroughly clean the wheels as they were in need of a good clean.

Plus all the Defi sensors and looms etc have now been removed from the car, all that is needed now prior to taking it to Dave is the undersealing, machine polishing and a good interior clean.

I think his plan is to keep it up for a while and then decide later on in the summer what he intends to do with it, whoever ends up owning it will get one well sorted car indeed.

I'd love to keep it Kev, I've not checked my Euromillions or National Lottery lines yet though.

They're great Jay, the tyres weigh more than the wheels I'm sure.

Dave.
I am glad you back with all your faculties intact, and not in a dribbling mess which would mean a week for recovery.

Well today it was time for a case of out with the old and in with the new.

I dropped the S202 off with Dave @ ESP late this afternoon after picking it up from Leominster.

It was a good back to back comparison between the two very different but similar (if that makes sense) cars, what I would say is that the classic gives you a better sense of speed and the newage is far easier to drive faster and requires less effort in doing so.

Which would I choose? Well that choice has been made already but I will say that there isn't a great deal to choose between either car, if I had the money then they would be parked beside each other.

Nice to see them together Ty, but the B wins hands down everytime.

Just dont leave it to long in the garage, get it out and enjoy it.

It may well still be there albeit as the new owner has put his name down to attend.

Pop along anyway, it would be nice to put a face to the user.
