Thanks mate, yeah I think I want to remove it just don't want a hole in the mesh....might just spray it black so you can't see it!
Yeah I've got my Eibach springs here ready to go on just got my wedding next week so haven't had much time to spend on the car
Tow eyes are a bit marmite I'm still undecided on it but it cost £25 and it's easily removable!
Think it will look good maybe when I've added the rear diffuser

I will check it out mate!
Yeah I think I need to colour code mine to work with the deep lip, but might just gloss black it first to see if that works!
May plati-dip it 1st.

Looks really nice, always had a soft spot for the 300. As your an Essex lad, I think you should bring her to the pub meet at the Rodney, Little Baddow, last Sat of the month.
Be nice to see it in the flesh.

Thanks mate, I do want to attend a few meets, just seems to fall on the Saturday I've been getting at work lately, I do 1 in 4 sats and I always get the last one of the month.
Should be changing from April so hopefully as better weather sets in I will be able to come to the meets

I know the feeling, I work 2 weekends each month, so if I cant make the southend run, I can make the pub meet and vice versa.
I'll look forward to seeing the car, looks sweet.

So got bored of having to wait for my mate to have some time in his body shop to do my bonnet and original UK300 splitter so I've fitted a 2nd hand bonnet that I got cheap, so I can prep the other bonnet myself!

And today I rubbed down and sprayed the UK300 lip myself in gloss black, looks a lot better now and matches more with the new lower lip (will still end up getting it done professionally)
Pics don't really show a lot of difference but here they are

Also decided it was about time to fit the Carbon STI side markers, so I sanded them down and lacquered them for a nice deep shine, fitted them to some custom brackets then fitted them on.

Fitted with the re-sprayed splitter as well

My Silver cap less rear indicator bulbs finally turned up:

So last night I picked up a Ninja rear box, should sound nice as I have a de-cat mid pipe

Just got to grab a new gasket this week then do the ball ache of a job trying to undo exhaust nuts

Done a few small things today no pics though, fitted my a Sliver indicator bulbs, boost gauge and some blue piping that was left from the boost gauge kit.
Also fitted some Citroen washer jets, there the fan spray type so you get a lovely even spray over the whole window and not a water pistol style squirt lol, also some new Bosch Aero Wipers as well
Just ordered amp wiring kit, new mats and some rolls of black suede / alcantara, for some interior tweaking.
Need to get motivated to strip the interior out, lay the amp wiring kit, put in blue STI carpet, new mats and new UK300 boot carpet.

Also need to paint up all my new front and rear discs (grooved and drilled) that I've got sitting here and then fit them with the new pads and get my springs to my mates to be powder coated so they can be fitted!

Need motivation to get out there and do it lol

Edit: Exhaust is booked in for a week Monday as the bolts just wouldn't undo so my mates doing it

Be good to get some pics up and have a look at all your work. I know what you mean about the washer jets . Were they easy to fit and how much were they?

Yeah I normally take snaps as I do things but I didn't have my phone in me will grab a few photos when next go out to the car.

The washer jets are a direct fit mate, and fit straight into the washer pipes.
Think they was around £10 on ebay mate for genuine Citroen ones!
Slightly wider then the originals but the still look stock and not big or ugly lol

What's the spray coverage like at motorway speeds bud? I had a Volvo set fitted and at speed they barely covered the screen, covered the bonnet quite well though...

I was admiring a UK300 at Brands last week! Thought it might be you when i saw you were from Essex... But no. Shame, i've got a sexy photo of it.

Looks smart, i've never been a fan of the lights but it works well with the mods you've you've done

Thanks mate, no wasn't me....chuck a pic up of it though

So here's a few pics of the little bits I done the other day:

Boost Gauge fitted quite nice and stealth fully adjustable as well and not in your face and is nicely visible:

Citroen fan style washer jets:

Philips Silvervisions Fitted:

And today the Ninja Exhaust was fitted looks better IMO doesn't sound much different just a bit of a deeper burble, main reason for fitting this over the Prodrive one was I think it will look better with the rear diffuser I'm planning on getting after holiday

So been busy last few weeks trying to set-up my own new business to run along my current job for now, so there hasn't got as much attention apart from so proper cleaning lol

So took the STI JDM grille off as the black was faded and I wanted to de-badged it

Off it came:

A few coats of Plasti Paint and Lacquer:

Fitted:

Well pleased with how fresh and better it looks de-badged

Next my roof strips where in shocking condition!

So off they came:

Came out good but forgot pics so all I have are these lol
Excuse the wet shot, needed a beading shot for my portfolio

The big is looking sweet as Fella.

Did you use the plasti dip for the roof rails aswell?

Where did you get it from?

Yeah I done the roof rails with the same stuff, it wasn't plasti dip it's actually plastic spray paint I got from a mate at a body shop it's has a rubber style texture to it so it should fade in the sun or get weathered.

Thanks mate, I like it some say it looks cool but should have the top one colour coded but I'm unsure still lol
