A great big thanks to Mr Noisy for arranging this and getting a deal for SN members.

Only problem is that OBP only gave me 20% discount, I thought we got enough people for the 30%? How much discount did you all get?
Same as mate, never mind, i'm still happy with it.

Whoa hang on guys, I'm not happy about this, the deal was 30% - if you waited until last Friday before paying but only got 20% off then I'll contact Sam and find out why.

My final invoice was £59.70 which is probably about 29% off or closest to.
What did yours say?

For newage, the way I've worked it out was:
£72.00 - (£70.50 / 100 * 30) + £7.50 postage = £57.90

I have sent this to Sam for feedback and hopefully he'll post here later.

Right, after emailing Sam with the figures above, I've had this response this afternoon.
I'm sorry about this everyone, but I'm confident that Sam will make good on his statement below.
Hello,

I’m very sorry to hear this, I know exactly what the problem is.

Our website is not updated with the recent price, we increased/decreased some prices in May.

On our system all the prices are up to date so there is going to be a difference in price, with that and the website.

I am in France this week but I will sort all this out once back, I shouldn’t be allowed to sell these at the old prices but on this occasion as none of you were made aware (my fault, I forgot), I will refund you all the difference.

It’s been a pain as the new website should have been live a few months ago but everything has been getting delayed. We were unable to update the current website with new prices as we did not have a deadline when the new one would be complete, it could have been at any time!

Again, I apologise and hope you can understand how this mistake has gone about.
If you could please let the others know the situation and exactly how this happened?

Best Regards,
Sam

Thanks to the guys at OBP. they allowed me to tag onto the group buy as I'd missed the closing date by a couple of days.

Can't fault the service. Top notch. And more importantly thanks to Mr noisey for organising this. Cheers mate.

All, further to the earlier notice about overcharging, Sam has emailed me this morning to say that he's now back in the UK and all refunds should be processed by his accounts dept today, although they may not hit your accounts until next week.
