I think its an improvement on the older ios 6.x.x so far but I haven't really looked at it too much, it makes the screen look like it has a better res?

The missus updated hers, and she misses the old style look. She's also told her Mum not to update, as she's really not very confident with technology and the change in how things operate is going to cause her problems.

While it's all well and good introducing new features, not letting you choose between the old and new style interfaces is a shame.

Ipad 3

meant: updates to commence due to companies being caught out. I guessing facebook is one of them. Ebay as well.

Have you discovered their fantastic new feature of iOS 7, you can now make calls without unlocking your iPhone, who says Apple doesn't make life easier for their customers.

Cool

Words fail me but to be fair, I'm sure the same would happen to Android, Windows Phone etc. as the majority of users of any system are dullards!

I had a problem with my iPad update! Keyboard was lagging like Android, turning off syncing documents and data fixed it, but I do use that feature so I'm going to restore using iTunes. I updated on Device which is a bit more prone to **** ups apparently.

fwiw, my "lag" was after an iTunes update process. Don't be too surprised if it's not different.
Shame, as iOS7 works well as a concept on iPad.

That's good to hear, should be an easy fix. I have wifi tonight so will update. Other than the keyboard lag I'm liking 7 a lot.

I had keyboard lag on my Ipad when I first installed. I fixed it by resetting all settings.

Nice, that's better than not syncing documents and data, if it's still there after the update I'll give it a go.
