Just read some of that last quote from Paul. So because I haven't been involved in any meets or events that gives me less right to want to organise one. I would love to know the 3 venues I apparently suggested as AFAIK in only montentioned Motorscope, I would check but anything refering to a RR day was deleted. And what were these other dates, I only came up with one weekend. And so what someone does choose the the weekend of NBO for an event, PEOPLE WILL CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT TO DO.
I beg your pardon the other venues were suggested by other members and reasons why we use the one that we do and not the others which is down to personal choice.
Your original thread is still there, has not been moved or deleted.
I believe everything is now sorted out and hopefully you are happy with the outcome.

Alright Jonny,
Thanks for jumping on the thread and realising where I was coming from, and apologising, not an easy thing to do on a public forum so I appreciate it.
Would be glad to come along to the meet but I'm on 3-11 this week. Don't let my activity on the forums fool you, I may be at work but still manage to utilise my time, to my benefit.
Will be trying to get along to some of the meets in future but its hard to sort out whilst I'm banned
Oh yes, and wont be arranging anything of the 22nd and 23rd as I realised its the Touring Cars at Croft so will be busy there all weekend.
Cheers
Stu

Spent a lot of time working there over the years and i've never met a more whiney bunch of work shy slackers anywhere apart from Liverpool, it's no wonder the british car manufacturing industry fell flat on it's ****, between there and dagenham, it was doomed.
Southern puffta's and midland woofta's.

I'm in the midlands too! Totally agree with you lot. If there wasn't the industry here I wouldn't be here!
Glad the NESF mods have seen sense, all's well that ends well.

Well well well the saga continues the "friendliest" club in the north east who prides itself on being a free forum with very few rules have decided that free speech is not allowed on another forum. It seems that after I posted on here one of their mods or admin team saw my post decided they are running a police state and if anyone speaks out against them they will make them disappear (ordelete their account)
Yes guys you have a lot of members now but I guess you become what you hate in the end, thanks for deleting me I am sure neither parties will loose much sleep over it

I'm not a member of the site in question, but it would be interesting to know (other than what has been mentioned so far) how tough the moderation is, as it seems pretty harsh going by this thread, all things considered.

An interesting point. It is 'funny' that when people are just members of a forum, they can be extremely critical of moderators/admin because they don't like being told what to do at times etc. but when they find themselves in that role, they all of a sudden realise there is a need to moderate and they do in fact become the people they once hated as you say.

I suggest you look again as your account is very much alive and there and has never been anywhere other than where it is.
Seems the only people being derogatory here about other clubs are non NESF members.
Considering myself and Nic personally stood talking to you at Tyneside Autoparc (not a meet) - and I have at other meets where you have been present we find it difficult to see how you weren't made to feel welcome.
