Now he's gone to all that trouble of listing those items, report him to ebay in the hope that the account will be closed down.
And £5.99 to post a fog light switch......jesus.

Just read the latest feedback on this seller. Interesting that the 2 Neutral feedbacks have the words 'Readjusted feedback after agreement'. What sort of agreement? Maybe these sellers were also threatened and they took it seriously.
Makes you wonder the car he is selling parts from aren't from a stolen car

The Arabic letters of the opening phrase of the Qur'an sum to the numerical value 786 in the system of Abjad numerals. Muslims on the Indian subcontinent use 786 as an abbreviation for the phrase 'bism illāh ir-raḥmān ir-raḥīm' (بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم) which means 'in the name of Allah, the compassionate, the merciful'. It is used in South Asia and places with significant Muslim communities of South Asian descent particularly Myanmar.

You could always give the nice man from Watford a ring on 01923 241115 or message him on facebook (http://www.facebook.com/zahir.abas.501) should he carry out any of the threats against you/your car...

Report the abuse / threat / misrepresentation of sold item to eBay / Paypal.
Report the threats to the police, simply so that if anything does come of it (doubt it will) then it would be on record that it was reported, and give a pretty good indication of who is responsible.

right, as most you have seen or heard, zabas786 is no longer registered on Ebay, i got 3 more messages from him the same evening he sent the 1st 4 amusing messages. He even told me he was bidding on 1 of my items so he could leave me neg feedback! such a clever lad!
Anyways, i reported him to Ebay, the give him the boot!
I'll share the 3 other emails with you all as they were pretty good again!
"i see you got a few items for sale. i'll return the favour aswell don't worry. i'll get my friends/team to buy a few items and leave you bad feedback aswell. just like you have. u got item cheap. it's serving it's purpose, in other words it's done its job. then you leave me bad feedback. i'm gonna **** you up bad feedback you wait and see. you won't know what hit ya. u mug"
"at this present time it's me bidding. let me meet my team/ friends which identities you don't know. watch how they buy your items and leave you negative feedback. you won't be giggling/smiling then. u mug. your barking up the wrong tree in english words. revise your feedback to neutral at least. you got your item and its doing it's job. why you leaving dick head feedback. this is my bread and butter for my two young kids. your a mug. i accepted best offer, sent it out asap. then u leave me negative feedback. allsorts of people out there that would do anything for peanuts.nasty and hungry people from all over the world. remember that. and have a good think about all the different understandings and possibilities in future. i didn't rip u off at all. can't believe you accused me by saying i left support on bumper on purpose. i sold u an honest item at a honest price."
"i'll teach you a lesson you'll remember for the rest of your life. you'll wish you never started by accusing and threatening me if i wasn't to refund you. you gypo/chav"
It makes me laugh how he said in the last message i was threatening him for a refund! Not sure how opening a "item not as described" case is classed as threatening. I wasn't even asking for a full refund, i asked for a partial refund as i'd had to rust treat the bumper support & bend it back into shape
Anyways, i'm sure he'll be over the moon that his account has been closed & all his listings cancelled! If i didn't use Ebay as part of my business I think i would've probably lost my temper a little bit but i get a helkl of a lot of work through Ebay so not worth risking it

the seller is obvioulsy a **** so why dont you report him to ebay, that said though why didnt you return the bumper bar rather than try and repair it then decide to complain???
id think if you started a dispute and was told to return the item the seller could complain as its not as it was when sent.

If i'd been spoiled for choice at the time & could've got another in the time i required then i would've returned it for a full refund. But there wasn't so i repaired it & asked for a partial refund which i think is fair enough
I would've also had to pay for return postage to him

i'm well within my rights to complain if it's not in the condition it's described as. I needed a bumper bar as my original bumper bar was so rotted it wouldn't hold the bumpers weight so not exactly safe to be driving around in that state.

the messages etc were completely out of order but my point is when you received the item why didnt you start the dispute then, not wait until you had painted it and repaired it??
if i was the seller and i sold something on ebay and a dispute was started against me id offer a refund and expect it to be sent back as it was when i sent it out, not painted etc.
he deserved a ban though what a ****

as soon as it came i opened the "item not as described case" then as i said I wanted to get my car back on the road instead of having to mess about returning the bumper support then having to find another. I would've settled for a partial refund
he replied quite quickly saying he wouldn't give a refund & asked what did i expect for a used item. So i said that when i buy an item described as "mint like new" then i expect an item that was in that condition, not rusty & twisted. He ranted a bit more & said again i wasn't getting a refund.
So i left him negative feedback, which is when the abusive & threatening messages started.

ah i thought you painted etc first....
so how did the dispute end then as i assume you escalated the claim as he offered no refund.

i actually rubbed it down & covered the rusty ptaches with rust treatment as soon as i'd removed it from it's packaging, well, what little packaging there was.
Then i went in the house to email the seller to tell him i wasn't happy & that it was nowhere near how it was described. I told him i was having to repair it & wanted a partial refund
We messaged each other throughout the day with him refusing to give any kind of refund. Inbetween these messages i'd go back out to the garage to do a bit more work on the bumper support.
It was a few days & several messages after i'd received it that i left the negative feedback, which was when the abusive messages started as he wasn't happy with the negative feedback

id escalate the claim as ebay will probably give a refund and you will get some money from him too
