RETURN OF THE JEDI
if your stuck we can custom make a set to specifically match the thread used......can turn around fairly quickly normally
from memory Steve uses M14x1.5mm whereas most others including ourselves standardise on M14x2mm pitch for the block

Nice one Jura
I did drive the original AD08 tyres and found them to be superb, but I only had a days use when I was baby sitting my mates impreza for him when he went for a naughty weekend to Paris with his wife
.so did not really get a good drive but when I spoke to a couple of mates that do track days they recommended these, and like you said they also told me they were great for road and track
.I Think the only difference between the AD08 and the AD08R is that the "R"last longer and are a quieter compound.SJ.

Few more parts turned up today I'm nearly there now
.As I'm going to be fitting a new inlet manifold I thought I would get a new throttle body to finish the look so I ordered a S90 from Malaysia it looks to be a well made bit of kit
And after talking to my mate who has purchased the new RCM oil filter and said that his oil pressure has increased by the reading on his gauge I thought it would be a simple mod to try,I know the RCM brand is very high quality and can be trusted,so I brought a couple
OH yes one more thing turned up today my PERRIN radiator brackets. The next updates should be from my engine in my car and other interior mods, the only thing that I have left to be delivered is my new radiator set up which should be here in a week or so,hopefully if all goes well I should be up and running in a few months I have also asked Paul blamire of ZEN if he can set the SYVECS up on my car as he has been the only Guy to map my car since I brought it in 2004 and he said he will make the journey down as long as I give him enough notice,so everything is going to plan

Yeah thanks mate I thought that I will give the S90 a try I'm not expecting any gains but it does l@@k good and should be easier to keep clean as the original Subaru throttle body don't polish up so well

Thanks for the positive comments Guys
,It should be close to getting the engine in as the 14mm head bolts are in stock so just waiting for them to be delivered to Neil's and the engine will be going in

your obviously very clued up on subaru`s,im pretty new to these coming from honda`s.maybe you can help me with a little issue i may have.
im going to get my 2006 blob sti mapped and have just bought a decat downpipe from a guy on here,it only has a lambda port where the 2nd cat would be but doesnt have one at the top of the downpipe, most that ive seen for my car have the port at the top aswell..will mine require one or not?
i can get a port tig welded in no problem if it does need one.
cheers mate.
