It's not the spending money - I just fancy something lightweight that has 2 seats and throttle bodies

The road pilot is quality when I first got it fitted it was a present from my wife to help me keep my license I thought the laser part was just a gimmick until I heard it go off but could not see anything so slowed down anyway but about 100 metres further up the road I saw a policemen with a mobile scanner on the corner behind some bushes and realised that it really works.SJ.

I'm not getting a roll cage so just stiffening the car up as much as I can all round the chassis,it's like fitting strut braces so it should help.SJ.

The H brace should be a good addition, from the research and having tested all my cars with and without strut braces, they look good, but just arent any real cop for anything else!

The only strut braces I would entertain fitting are the ultra racing braces as they really do stiffen things up nicely as they bolt to the bulkhead and the struts too!

Normal 2 point strut braces arent as effective as the 3 point ones, so if looking for real gains on stiffness from braces etc, it needs to brace multiple points like the h brace

SNAPThat was kind of my thinking as I already have front and rear strut braces, that with the addition of the cusco four point it would just add a little more rigidity with all the other uprated suspension parts that I already have fitted.SJ.

I have just noticed this which i think will be my next port of call on the handling side of things, as my sub frames are old and manky, and fully adjustable is always worthwhile!

Just is crap that no one in the UK seems to make any decent parts like this!

Nice,I agree that We need to get are finger out over here and even if they don't make them in Great Britain that they import them so that the UK suppliers can have them for there customers off the shelf, but I guess it comes down to supply and demand.SJ.

The problem is SJ, the parts cost the same in £ as they do in $, suppliers over here really need to work at bringing the costs down for the UK tuning community.

As per who evers thread the other day, a full stroker kit inc deliver from the states at less than £1600, where as over here it is £2000+. It is daylight robbery, I shall be importing some of those under body parts though, as seems quite cheap really!

Your right as when I was getting my parts for my build i done the normal ringing around company's over here and the price that I got for the exact same parts Cosworth cams rods valves etc ....was almost £1400 cheaper then if I had bought the exact Same parts over here,Trevor from real street in the USA,is who I deal with and said to me any part even if he doesn't stock it he will get it in for me and give me a good price.Over here has a lot to learn about what parts are worth and stop robbing the UK customer, but it will never happen as they make to much money from it.SJ.

I have the splash the cash on this at some point next year, so just been looking into it, the US ones are £631 for the same kit, plus P+P etc, so im not sure it is more feasible or not...

Much the same as my headers arent proven over here, doesnt mean they dont work. In fact as proved, my headers blow pretty much anything from the UK out of the water...

Id be more inclined to buy from the us, they are way ahead of us in scooby tuning....

KillerB cost how much and how much cost GT Spec or RCM headers,we have run like GT Spec or RCM now we are never have any problems with them,if they blow anything,if you compared them to non RCM or GT Spec(as per yours previous thread you have run Japspeed headers)

About the who is ahead of UK,not sure, some UK parts are better than most of thing from US

If I would want headers which cost like yours I would have look on the Iconel headers(speak to WRC spares)
