Ok, ok! You are right and I'm wrong. Happy now?
So, this should help your appetite. >
Bacon looks a bit meh in this^ picture, but it should be alright in real life, I reckon.

No, there're other things as well on the plate, if you look carefully.
I do know what you mean. Grilled Bacon looks cold and minging like wood shavings in pictures. Not very photogenic.

Crispy bacon, just how it should be!
You beat me to it! I just posted a picture for you.
Anyhow, how much of it can you consume in one sitting, SJ?

Depends on your definition of "sitting" but I reckon I could give the Man v Food a run for his money

That looks awful - american style bacon mostly fat as you find in the cheapy hotel breakfast buffets.

Agreed you need some fat (as I detest this infatuation with providing 97% pork sausages that taste like minced pork). But there is a balance. Otherwise why not just have a bite on a block of lard / dripping and forget the meat

That reminds me of the Friends episode where Rachel makes a trifle using minced meat. Ross questions Joey why he likes it to which he responds “Whats not to like? Mince gooood, jam gooood, custard gooood”.

I used to tease my ex-gf... By mentioning that her eyelids/lashes reminded me of Lamp Chop's.
...Then she left me.
