Forgive the intrusion by a Welsh interloper but would you like to combine your ESOC stand with the SWS stand?

I've organised the SWS stand and it occurred to me that it would be a good chance for a combined stand and give us all a chance to meet, put faces to user names and generally have a great time.

I'm sure I can contact the organisers and they wouldn't object to this, if you're willing that is.

Not too late for tickets Stu, however you're better off buying them direct as you'll only pay me and then I'll be sending them a cheque. I've got our confirmation for our club stand but waiting to hear back from them before I know how many, if any extra cars we can have on our stand.

 

Keep me posted as well mate as my mate has picked up a blob now. So if there is more places I think he would like to come.
Stu I think the focus may look slightly out of place on a subaru stand

 

The Focus RS register usually have a stand there. You could slide it in with them!

Rally Day , Castle Combe Race Circuit
21st September 2013

Hi guys,

I've been in touch will RallyDay and have asked to have additional spaces on our club stand. Prices have now gone up but still cheaper than paying on the door :

£18 for driver & paddock pass.
£15 for every additional adult
Children under 16 go free.

Please can I have a list for booking and the tickets you require. In the interest of getting this delt with early.

I am closing the booking date will be Sunday 30th June 2013. After that you can purchase tickets from RallyDay direct but will NOT be on or club stand.
I will then require full payment from everyone to secure your place on our stand.

Frayz, I know its still a while until the event, but have you any idea on a time of setting off to Castlecombe?

I know i'm with the RB5oc for this event however due to a change of plan will be driving down there on the Sat so was hoping to maybe convoy with you lot, but that all depends on the time you are wanting to leave.

As it stands what I hope to do is pass out everyone's tickets before the event as I would like to travel down the day before. But that depends on availability of accommodation.
But it's something I need to look at.
I course you'll be more than welcome with us whatever happens.
