Judge Koh has made further decisions. No wilful infringement so No to apple having further penalties, but No to a retrial! The judge said that because of prior art cancelled out apple patents Samsung hadn't wilfully copied, but still allowed the jury conclusion to stand-bizzare analysis and logic which will most definitely be appealed

We have an iPad 2 and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. The Tab was was £238 with £50 cashback from Samsung. The iPad was £400 from Apple.
Is the iPad a better machine? Yes. Is it a more asthetically pleasing piece of hardware? Yes. Is it worth double the price? Absolutely not.
I find I use the Tab more now simply because the wireless performance is so much better (I find wireless on all our IOS devices to be quite poor actually).
As soomeone who has a plethora of SD cards due to photography and video, it just makes more sense to be able to expand than have to fork out several hundred pounds to fund Tim Cook's next yacht/holiday home/super car

Funny how before Apple, no one realised that tablets were an essential device, & that their lives would not be complete without one.
Too may people poking their forefinger at glass screens. How humanity has evolved!

Go back to the iPad launch thread, it's hilarious, people who were lambasting Apple back then are now holding devices nearly as big on their ears. How times change.

Apple tablet share has dropped below 50% whilst Android has sky rocketed in share, probably with the largest share. W8 not done a great deal, this momentous shift towards Android has been seen before in the smart phone market, with Android having more than 75%

I had the Galaxy S3 and although it is a fantastic device it was way to big, it was like trying to put a surf board in your pocket and poor build quality.
I did like the interface and features, but, I sold it and bought an iPhone 5 and haven't looked back (I almost bought the Nexus, maybe next).
I will agree that the S3 is a great phone and there's no doubting that the interface is now better than IOS and! iPhone are way way overpriced in all honesty, just for me it was too bloody huge! (thats what tablets are for).

This is great news, certain demographics are more trouble than their worth. I was getting fed up hearing from them "it's ****", now they're stuck in **** and can't admit to being wrong... twice! The mobile world needs a cesspit and right now Android is it. It's your job andy97 to convince more people to jump in, you're doing a great job so far.

I thought even you could work that out.
It must be awful being you sometimes, dumb is a real disease and your pills obviously aren't working. Go back and ask for a fresh prescription, tell the doc you're also a stalker, treating dumb and stalker together might work.
