Thanks to whoever resurected this thread. An epic read with some astonishing nonsense written on so many different points. Still, a few salient points in there, the most obvious being the need to learn how to drive an Impreza. It's a very different proposition to any FWD car and also some other 4WD stuff. I've only had mine a few months and every drive I'm still learning. I've been taken out in my own car by the previous owner (a friend) who showed me what it can do, I just need to learn how to make it do that now. Wish there was somewhere near me to get some good practice away from the public road.

More like put my foot up yours.
Seriously ash, I know the frs is quick in standard form but IMO they are not ACE! Fair enough a modded one will be a lot better just like a modded Subaru.
The 2 cars are totally different cars in terms of drivability.
Now give it a rest and take your crap to a focus forum instead of getting yourself hated by the snet guys.
Just imagine if somebody went to a another forum and said my Subaru is faster then all your cars etc,,,,,,,you'd get hammered by the others so no surprise here.
