German car owners
my neighbour's wife has a e90 320d and he stuck a "M" badge on it...it just looks so wrong, and he was commenting that he want my spare set of e90 M3 wheels to "complete" the look !!, I just kept quiet
I was in Sytners BMW last week waiting for my car.
Having a browse at the cars, as one does, I noticed a white X5.
Looked very nice in its own kind of way, however, on going round the back of it I noticed it was badged 'M50d', with the M bit in the usual M colours.
The engine was also only a 3.0d but a tuned version.
This was a brand new factory fresh car so obviously they come badged like this.
I'd be ashamed to drive around in it tbh!

My badge is on a real one

Nothing wrong with completing the look of a car to look like its better than it is but I stopped at putting a WRX badge on the back as the lack of scoop would just make me look like a wally.
Kite surfers with board shorts are very bad indeed.
Having said all this, I'm thinking the next car will be an M135i. A sort of M lite. At least it's quick though.
I just like my 335d hearse that only has MSport suspension. The rest is SE. It looks just like a 318d SE to all but the most keen exhaust pipe spotters. just how I like it!
Oh and the most important upgrade; non run flats!

Polzeath on the right as you look out to sea (but not New Polzeath). Can PM exact location! Definitely shout when you're down - we'll be around!
At high tide it's less than two minutes walk. At low it's twice that!
I'm looking at the waves (which are nuts today) as I type this. There are some roofs partially in the way but it's still not bad. Will whizz the address over.
Any closeness to "good looking" vaporized as I hit 30...
