When you look into it its not as clear cut as can or cant use it, despite what nizmond says, basicly they have to buy a load of currency to be able to use it, how they will fund it? who knows. thats what the bank of england will underwrite aka the currency, not scotland as a country. iF scotland default, thereon there own. The NHS in England is no more privatised than in any other part of the country. The type of privatisation Salmond is doing is no different to that undertaken in England.

There is no chance in a million that the NHS is going to be privatised, it would be political suicide.

Look the way I see it is the government have given Scotland the opportunity to vote for independence, if this was such a bad thing for the uk it would not be happening. It just comes down to what Scotland wants to do but as far as England goes there is ups and downs to both yes and no.

oh, I also think there is some power mad people fronting the yes campaign, not dissimilar to any walk of life.

 

But it demonstrably isn't your pound it's the UKs pound.
