I assumed they WOULD be Asian given a) the number of young men per car, b) the value of the cars involved and c) the manner in which they were being driven.
My home town has a goodly Asian population, and, I have to say, a lot of the young men do tend to drive like the above, plus they all seem to be able to run these expensive cars.....

No one can justify driving on public roads at those speeds, wet or dry. If they want to do that then go for a track day, if you can stand the embrrassment of being overtaken safely by superior drivers!
