Ahh ok mate will i have to remove anything to see the pipe as theres a nest of pipes down there lol

Start by doing what the op has done mate , do a very comprehensive check for leaks , check it's bled ok , thermostat,then go onto the bigger stuff , water pump , head gaskets

Right theres air coming from the bottle in the passenger wing when i blow down the expansion tank what is that tank for and im sure there shudnt be air coming from it?

There is also water dripping out the expansion tank i think :-s not 100% but everytime i blow down the bottle cap it bubbles and i can hear air escaping :-s
