I was truly upset when Harvey passed, and now I'm truly angry with the latest news!!!! Can't believe what this fat cow has done! Truly shocking!!! I hope karma has a hand in the rest of her life.
Harvey was a legend but still took the time to answer my very basic questions. A true gent and a pioneer in the Subaru world!
His legend wil live on in my car for a while anyway as I've just bought a mint Harvey td05 18g that he had waved his magic wand over!!
Looking forward to putting it to good use sprinting this season!!

Some countries have a 'slayer' rule, i.e. if you kill someone you can't benefit from an inheritance. I'm not sure if the UK has this.
Either way, unless that can be proven (I know suspicions have been raised) it is a moot point.
The conviction doesn't change the law of intestacy, so without something specific in statute or case law, then she still has her right as spouse. I don't know if there is something I'm afraid, but I suspect that there isn't to be honest.

Ive only seen this due to a post on Pistonheads and it has come as quite a surprise. I think that it is unlikely that she is responsible for Harvey's passing away as he had been ill for a good while, although I would agree that it raises concerns as to whether she promptly called for help.

I have just seen this message .
I never meet him or did not no him . But when reading this I had a lump in my throt . I am so sorry to hear your bad news .
By all the messages on hear he was well respected member of the Subaru web site .
All I can say is sorry to hear what happened & I hope you are ok . Try and think good things about him and things that he did that made u full in love with him.
I hope you don't mind me posting this as like I say I did not no him .lets hope & I am sure the WRX gods are letting him drive all his dream cars in heaven & is smiling down on you .

What is it with females and money .glad I got a good one . But then I don't have the cash for my wife to do that to me .
Got a 3 bedroom house that was my dads . But can not bring my self to go round there at the mo .
