It was a privilege to work with all you guys and to help on what i hope was a great day for Connor and his family.. ... . .. job done, good work everybody. . . . i am now demolishing several cold beers
cheers fellas, it was stressful organising but thankfully it all worked out
It worked out because you guys left nothing to chance. Great organisation and marshalling. I have to single out Corky, Simon, Jamo and yourself for all the effort and time you put in prior and on the day. A very difficult job well done.
Well, what can I say....what an amazing day and a terrific array of cars on display
I was honoured to help with the Marshalling and enjoyed it all. Some very busy times were had on that junction on the main road! . .
I met some great people there and the star of the day, of course, has to be Connor. Every time I saw him he was smiling from ear to ear. He was loving it
I hope that Scott, Connor and all the family had a memorable day.
Best regards and maybe see some of you again soon,
Sunburnt. To a crisp. Still worth it to have been of service to Scott and family
It was a pleasure working with you all, and an even greater pleasure to have made everyones (especially Connors) day so enjoyable
Ps. Did anyone know if Pat (one of the motorcyclists) made it home okay? Spent 30 mins with her, just want to make sure she's alright
Thankyou for sticking around when Pat had a 'funny turn' we called at phils for a cup of tea as he lived local, she was able to then make it home, Never like to grumble when the weather is as it has been today, but it did take its toll.
Please see post on other thread, AN AMAZING DAY with amazing organisation... WELL DONE ALL OF YOU INVOLVED. x
Three hours to get home, had a Starbucks with Alex Roy and gurmeet on the way home as I was ready for nodding off.now I am bouncing off the walls from 6 tins of Redbullish and a huge coffee and two beroccos lol.
What a great a day and can only repeat what has already been said, marshalls did a great job to make everything run smoothly and great to put faces to snet names
