I've seen the car and it's a real shame to see the damage.

Ty this is typical of the luck I get.
Every time I get a reasonable budget saved towards the 2.1 build something crops up.

what a strange day.
Spoke to LV who are dealing with my claim to cut a long story short they told me they wanted a local engineer to check my car over so i arranged to meet said engineer at the workshop next Wednesday 1600.I spoke to Ryan to let him know what had been arranged for him to tell me they had recieved an email from the engineer granting permission to commence with the repair.

Bit of a delay i will be collecting the car next week.
My plan was to put it off the road and get the ball rolling for the forged build but i am going to wait till January.In the meantime i will be keeping an eye open for any bits that will be of use to us ,

Well that all depends on your goals, if your builder is experienced then go with their recommendations

I have managed to source some heads,bought them off Slab on here.
Off to see Ryan on Friday and get the ball rolling.
