Recently recieved my rear firewall from Archie.

Fantastic finish and excellent composite material. Well packaged and delivered safely.

Many thanks Archie for your effort - very happy.

For any others who are considering getting one - it's well worth it.

Any more pics of how to finish the diffuser ? Any way you could make one in one piece boot floor to complete diffuser ?

I am about to do my front splitter and finish the rear diffuser but not about to give a step by step when I am looking to sell them now that would be silly lol

A one piece boot floor and diffuser would be almost impossible to make with this particular material.

Going to use this for my front splitter, it is strong enough. I intend making it long enough to be an undertray prob back as far as the subframe. There are no cons really as far as I can see.

Not got round to doing anything with the rear diffuser or front splitter yet as I am finsihing mocking up the engine bay before removing the engine.

I do however probably have enough composite left to do 2 more black firewalls if anyone is interested.

I could yes but to be honest the composite is stronger and lighter and there wouldnt be any difference in price so it wouldnt make any sense. I dont have ready access to the ally sheets so would need to look into supply of them but doubt it would be coste ffective to do just one due to the size of ally sheet i would need to buy.

Not sure what you mean, you had previously asked for pics of a firewall. Do you mean you are interested in a boot floor?

I will be ordering up some composite between Christmas and the new year so if anyone definately wants a firewall or boot floor let me know before the 28th as I will only order what I need and its unlikely i will do anymore, after this batch, until my own car is complete.
